The terms for using Matchr

Matchr shows a resume-match score for LinkedIn job postings through a Chrome extension side panel and a web dashboard. Scores, reasons, gaps, and suggestions are generated automatically and are meant as a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of interview or hiring outcomes. Treat them as informed estimates based on the job description and resume text available at the time of analysis.

You need an account to use Matchr. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password and any API keys confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at the contact email below if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.

Matchr is sold as one-time, non-recurring purchases, a Free Trial (one-time signup credits), a 7-Day Sprint, a 30-Day Pass, and credit top-ups. Prices are listed in INR on the dashboard at the time of purchase and are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Nothing on Matchr auto-renews or bills you again without a new purchase.

Credits are pooled per account and usable any time within a plan's validity window (7 or 30 days from purchase, where applicable). Unused credits are forfeited automatically once that window ends; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens with failed or duplicate charges.

• Don't use the extension to scrape or bulk-extract LinkedIn data beyond normal, one-job-at-a-time use.
• Don't resell, share, or attempt to circumvent account or credit limits.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the extension or backend.
• Don't use Matchr for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or overburden our systems.

Matchr's branding, illustrations, product design, and underlying code are owned by Matchr. Your resume, and any content you upload, remains yours; using the service doesn't transfer any ownership of it to us.

Matchr is provided "as is." We work to keep match scoring accurate and the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that every job posting will extract cleanly, or any particular job-search outcome. LinkedIn periodically changes its page layout, which can occasionally affect extraction until we update the extension.

To the extent permitted by law, Matchr isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Matchr is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

You can stop using Matchr at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of the extension or attempts to circumvent credit limits.

We may update these terms as Matchr changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes, notify you by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
